Deliveries are performed by post in Colissimo Recommandé. The customer
can choose to éxpédier his order towards another address than his by
supplementing the form envisaged with this effect during the payment of order. The
ordered products are delivered within 3 days in 6 weeks, depending on whether
they are, or not, available in supply. Possible delays do not give the right to
the purchaser to claim damages.
We
strive to have the greatest product in stock but it is not possible in this
case the customer will be notified and the order will be delivered as quickly
as possible. When a product is not in stock, it must be
made and we can deliver in 4 weeks, but the period may be extended up to 6 weeks
IMPORTANT: If you want to buy our

availability and delivered on time.
The
customer has to to prove the state of the package in delivery. He can signal to
Planetesoccer the slightest damage owed to
the transport. Are considered to be case of force majeure unloading Planetesoccer of the obligation to
deliver, strikes and impossibility of being supplied. In the
case of a faulty delivery by post, it is recommended to establish reserves to Planetesoccer within 48 hours. A
new article will then be sent to you after return from the article harmed in
its original package and expenses back you you reimbursed. As
stipulated in the article L121-20 of the code of consumption, the customer has
a delay of 7 days to turn the article if this one is not suitable for him.
