| The present contract is concluded for any signing of order on the
www.planetesoccer.net site between, on one hand, the seller "
Planetesoccer ", and on the other hand, the purchaser was called " The
customer " here.
1. Approval of conditions
The customer acknowledges having acquainted, at the time of the
validation of his order, of general conditions of sale enunciated on
this page and specifically declares to accept them unconditionally.

Products
Planetesoccer offers in his catalogue of the available products in
supply or made to order, this being specified in the individual chip of
the product. If for any reason, it proved any more to be not be available,
Planetsoccer promises to inform the customer about it as quickly as
possible to postpone the dispatch of the article for the shortest
delays, to offer him a product of replacement or to undertake the
refund of the article.
3. Order
The systems of automatic recording are considered as being worth proof, of nature, contents and date of order. The electronic certificate issued by the administrator of electronic
payment will be worth proof of sum and date of transaction in
accordance with the dispositions of articles 1316 and following of the
Civil code.
An e-mail of confirmation will be sent to the customer to confirm the
approval of order, in accordance with the dispositions of the article
L121-19 of the code of consumption. Sale will be concluded only as from
the confirmation of order.
Planetesoccer saves right to cancel any order of a customer with whom
would exist a litigation relating to the payment of a previous order
out oute order containing an address not correspondent to the
conditions of delivery. Planetesoccer can also prove the coordinates of the customer before
validating or cancelling an order, in case of doubt on this one. So, if a transaction was performed on the banking platform of the
Popular Bank, it will be cancelled and the possessor of the credit
card, immediately re-credited with the total of order.
Information brought by the customer, during the catch of order hires
this one: in case of error in the wording of the coordinates of the
addressee, Planetesoccer would not know how to be kept representative
for the impossibility in which he could be to deliver the product. However, these can be changed or rectified on the site by the customer any time to complete successfully delivery.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are performed by post in Colissimo Recommandé. The customer
can choose to éxpédier his order towards another address than his by
supplementing the form envisaged with this effect during the payment of
order.
The ordered products are delivered within 3 days in 2 weeks, depending
on whether they are, or not, available in supply. If the 2 weeks maximum delay could not be respected, Planetesoccer is committed refunding completely the customer only on his request and after this one addressed a bank account number by email to Planetesoccer.
The customer has to to prove the state of the package in delivery. He
can signal to Planetesoccer the slightest damage owed to the transport.
Are considered to be case of force majeure unloading Planetesoccer of
the obligation to deliver, strikes and impossibility of being supplied.
In the case of a faulty delivery by post, it is recommended to
establish reserves to Planetesoccer within 48 hours. A new article will
then be sent to you after return from the article harmed in its
original package and expenses back you you reimbursed.
As stipulated in the article L121-20 of the code of consumption, the
customer has a delay of 7 days to turn the article if this one is not
suitable for him.
5. Price
Pointed out prices are expressed in euro, all taxes included (VATS
19,60 %), except expenses of delivery. Expenses of delivery are
calculated in the basket and added by dint of or from articles ordered
to constitute the complete price of invoicing.
6. Payments
Payments can be made in the following way :
